PRICE GUARANTEE.  Schleider Furniture Company, Inc, (“Schleider’s) promises the best price and usual matching services[i] when compared to any physical store within our service area, which is within a 70-mile radius from Brenham, Texas.  If you believe you have found a better offer from a competitor in our service area within 30 days of purchase from Schleider’s, present a verifiable copy of the competitor’s offer[ii] and Schleider’s will refund the difference in prices on identical items and services.

DELIVERY.  Schleider’s delivery personnel are background checked and in uniform for your peace of mind. They are authorized to accept C.O.D. payments. Delivery and installation on all purchases over $499 is free up to 50 miles from Brenham, Texas.

RETURNS/EXHANGES. Purchases are backed by our 30-days satisfaction guarantee. Purchases from in-stock inventory may be exchanged for reselection one (1) time within 30 days of purchase, provided there is no damage or wear and tear to the item and the item is warrantable and saleable. Dirt, stains, or other damage void this offer.  Mattresses may only be returned/exchanged if: (1) The Buyer completes a ten-day sleep trial, beginning on the delivery date; (2) the original purchase includes the purchase and continual use of a breathable, waterproof mattress protector; (3) there is no evidence of soiling or wear and tear; and (4) original “law tag” remains attached to the mattress.

SPECIAL ORDERS. 
Special orders of non-inventory items require 50% down payment.  Special order items may be exchanged for reselection one (1) time within 30 days of purchase, provided there is no damage or wear and tear to the item, and the item is warrantable and saleable at the time of exchange or return. Dirt, stains, or other damage void this offer.  Special order returns and exchanges are subject to restocking fees.

SERVICE CALLS.  Schleider’s trained service technicians are happy to assist you with warranty claims and service requirements on everything purchased in our store. We make every effort to provide service at the delivery address; however, in the event your purchase must be brought to our shop for repair, we will arrange pick-up at the original delivery address.  Service calls are subject to service fees. If additional will charges apply, Schleider’s will notify the Buyer in advance.
