30-Day In-Home Trial. Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in warrantable, saleable condition. Additional conditions for mattress and foundation returns/exchanges: The "law tag" on the mattress must remain affixed to be eligible for return, exchange, and warranty claims. Mattresses require time to break in, so we request that you spend at least then (10) nights on your new bed to give it a chance to adjust to your body.
In-House Service Team. Our trained service team can handle many issues with a home service call. If we need to bring your item in for warranty service or repair, we will arrange pick-up at the original delivery address (trip charges may apply). If you prefer to bring the item to the store, please call (979) 836-3689 in advance. Non-warranty labor charge: $60 per hour plus applicable trip charges.
