Regular Inventory

Your purchase is backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee provided there is no wear, tear, or damage to the item.  Purchases made from our in-stock inventory may be exchanged for reselection one time  within 30 days of purchase date.  Please see store for details if requesting return of a mattress.  Returns and exchanges are subject to inspection and must be in a warrantable condition.  Dirt, stains, soil or other damage voids this offer.  Trip charges apply to all returns.

Special Orders

Although it's rare, sometimes a special order doesn't work out. Your purchase is protected by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.As long as there is no damage, wear or tear to the item, special orders may be (1) exchanged for reselection one time, or (2) returned for store credit or refund, within 30 days of the purchase date  All special order returns are subject to restocking fees. Dirt, stains, soil, or other damage voids this offer.

Special Order Restocking Fees:

If reselecting, 20% of original item's purchase price

If returning for store credit or refund, 30% of original item's purchase price
