Fast, Professional Delivery & Setup.  Enjoy professional installation of furniture and bedding by our in-house delivery team.  Simply schedule your delivery during checkout.  For special order and back orders, we will call to schedule delivery.  Our deliverymen are background checked and in uniform for your security, and they are authorized to accept C.O.D. payments.  Not ready for delivery?  Schleider stores your purchase FREE up to 90 days.

30-Day In-Home Trial. Returns and exchanges accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in warrantable, saleable condition.  This guarantee excludes items that show wear, tear, dirt, stains or other use-related damages.  Trip charges apply to all returns except those brought in by the customer.  (See "Trip Charge Schedule" below.)

  • Eligible for one (1) reselection per item within thirty (30) days of purchase
  • No restocking fee

Special order returns/exchanges

  • Eligible for one (1) reselection per item within thirty (30) days of purchase
  • Restocking fee (% of original purchase price):  20% with reselect, 25% without reselect

Additional conditions for mattress and foundation returns/exchanges:  The "law tag" on the mattress must remain affixed to be eligible for return, exchange, and warranty claims.  Mattresses require time to break in, so we request that you spend at least then (10) nights on your new bed to give it a chance to adjust to your body.

In-House Service Team.  Our trained service team can handle many issues with a home service call.  If we need to bring your item in for warranty service or repair, we will arrange pick-up at the original delivery address (trip charges may apply).  If you prefer to bring the item to the store, please call (979) 836-3689 in advance.  Non-warranty labor charge:  $60 per hour plus applicable trip charges.
